Got Goggles on!

I see everything
A lot clearly now
Not only the sunshine
And the greenery
But also the mask
That hides your face.....

For the past few days I was experiencing a problem with my vision.I couldn't clearly read what was written on the board in class.it was my besty who helped me figure it out and she exclaimed out loudly "you might be going blind!" Obviously I wasn't but i got a little bit scared,so decided to see a doctor.I was sure that I would need glasess and voila! the check up confirmed that exactly. So the next thing I remember , I was at an optical centre, searching for glasess that would look good on my face.what I wanted was something thick,dark and big.something that would look serious but what they had was these cheerfully cute glasess with frames that came in multicolours.That didnt impress me well so just when I was reconsidering the thought of visiting another shop,this one glass caught my eye.It was perfect and just what I wanted.Dark frame with a tint of red on top and bottom unbounded by frame.I fell in love with it the moment I saw it so I knew I had to have it.

The next day I was at class with my glasess sitting proudly on my nose aiding my vision.I could see everything a lot clearly and I felt like I was seeing the world again and that was just wonderful.16 years into my life and I just got glasess on.Ask me how it feels.it's Awesome.does it make me feel low?no.A lot of people frown when they see someone wearing glasess,saying oh you're so young !!! Yes I'm. But being young doesn't mean that one has to be perfect in every way.we're all different and we're all together .I would suggest that we all should check our vision once in a while,because what that matters is the perspective that we use to view everything.we need to make sure that wether it's the world that's dirty or our eyes.when we change our outlook,this world would be a better place.

So,I'm feeling good.I'm seeing everything and everyone in HD now :-) which is a really wonderful feeling that cannot be expressed in words because it's written IN the language of a happy heart.

SELF CONFIDENCE IS THE BEST THING ONE CAN WEAR.SO WEAR IT AND ROCK IT!!!!!!!!!!

    lol i can understand gurl..i ws 13 when i got glasses..the world seemed better..bright n cooler..lol..but i didnt have a very good start wid em ;P
    i remember tht the trend of the bordered glasses had just begun n me being a T2 reader had known of the trend much much before any of my friends(ex friends who considered them to b the trendiest n sexiest n blah n blah)..so i got em n believe me i ws the first one in the school to put those on n everyone went gurl wtf u wearin?!?! n i ws too shy n non-confident-ish (that time) to say "ugh peeps u dont know trends..go checkout insta or whatevr u claim to b ur place for fashion"...so i just wore em during classes..one year later, the frame broke n i got new ones..different this time so i dont get those comments..n within a month i found ppl all over the school wearing those thick rimmed ones -_- i had a bad time getting rid of the new pair so i can get back thick rimmed ones lol
    now i have 2 pairs..one is no rimmed one lol n another is a thick rimmed transparent blue one :P n the specs are a part of me most of the time ..n ppl love me in em ;) i guess thanks to me saying sayonara to my shyness n bringing out the confidence which ws buried deep inside XD

Venting

"She died and I survived,and because I survived, I died everyday." This line stuck to me the day I read the book "I too had a love story." I read it when I was 14.It felt strange to me and I prayed it would never happen to me, and now, 3 years later I had to go through the same. It's easy for people who die. They just die and it's over  for them. It's people who love them that suffer the most when they're gone. As usual, everybody won, and I lost.
